New Painting – “Boats on a Jetty”

Well… after a few problems with the ramp from my house to my studio (slippery in icy weather) , I’ve finally got back round to painting. Thank you to K P Gardening Service for getting this resolved.

 

My latest piece is called: “Boats by the Jetty”, and is an oil on Canvas painting.

I created this from a similar painting not done by me. I’ve changed it so that it’s not a copy, and has different elements to the composition.

I liked the style, and if I feel it is something I can do I will use it in other paintings, maybe even revisiting some of my previous works.

As the weather warms up, and its stays lighter for longer I’m looking forward to more painting!
